Got a phone call yesterday at work; and was about to not answer it as I usually do since I didn’t recognize the number, but it was a 310 (Los Angeles) number, so I said “why not”. Turns out, the guy who called me is from Mind Over Eye (the post house that does all of MotorTrend’s video work plus automotive commercial work)! I had emailed him about a gig back in June, but he found my resume and I’m going in tomorrow to talk about a spot I’d be assisting on for next week!
This is really big for me because I was really trying to get into the automotive sector of post-production and commercials!
